| Expert Advice | Your doctor has prescribed Aldactone along with other medicines to get rid of excess fluids in your body. Avoid driving or using machinery if you feel dizzy after taking Aldactone. Avoid potassium-rich supplements or salt substitutes when taking Aldactone. Aldactone may cause breast pain/swelling, irregular periods (women), or trouble with sexual performance. You may have muscle weakness, skin changes, and red or black tarry stool. Your frequency of urination will increase within 2 to 3 days of taking Aldactone. |
