| Lactation Interaction | SPILACTONE 50 MG TABLET is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby. |
| Expert Advice | Your doctor has prescribed Spilactone along with other medicines to get rid of excess fluids in your body. Avoid driving or using machinery if you feel dizzy after taking Spilactone. Avoid potassium-rich supplements or salt substitutes when taking Spilactone. Spilactone may cause breast pain/swelling, irregular periods (women), or trouble with sexual performance. You may have muscle weakness, skin changes, and red or black tarry stool. Your frequency of urination will increase within 2 to 3 days of taking Spilactone. |
