Avoid potassium-rich supplements or salt substitutes when taking S Lactone . S Lactone may cause breast pain/swelling, irregular periods (women), or trouble with sexual performance. You may have muscle weakness, skin changes, and red or black tarry stool. Your frequency of urination will increase within 2 to 3 days of taking Aldactone. |
