Mechanism of action | Mensodol 325mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and pamabrom which relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).tParacetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases the urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full. |
