How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Liver Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Mechanism of action Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and pamabrom which relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).tParacetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases the urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.
