Alchohol Interaction It is generally safe to consume alcohol with CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT.
Pregnancy Interaction CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.There may be a possibility of diarrhea or rash in the baby.
Expert Advice Clarie will cure your infection and improve symptoms. It may cause an upset stomach. If this happens to you, take it with food. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Clarie.

Driving CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action CLARIE 125 MG TABLET DT is a macrolide antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
