| Expert Advice | Your doctor has prescribed Aprecap in combination with other medicines to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by certain chemotherapy medicines. Aprecap will not help if you already have nausea and vomiting. Do not use it continuously for a long time. It is recommended to take Aprecap 1 hour before chemotherapy treatment (Day 1) and in the morning on Days 2 and 3. Aprecap may damage sperms and may harm the baby if used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. |

| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aprecap 125mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Aprecap 125mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Aprecap 125mg Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Aprecap 125mg Capsule is recommended. |
| Liver | Aprecap 125mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Aprecap 125mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. |
| Mechanism of action | Aprecap 125mg Capsule is an antiemetic medication. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during treatment with anti-cancer medicines. |
