Lactation Interaction	Aprepep 125mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Expert Advice	Your doctor has prescribed Aprepep in combination with other medicines to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by certain chemotherapy medicines. Aprepep will not help if you already have nausea and vomiting. Do not use it continuously for a long time. It is recommended to take Aprepep 1 hour before chemotherapy treatment (Day 1) and in the morning on Days 2 and 3. Aprepep may damage sperms and may harm the baby if used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Common Side Effect	Constipation, Fatigue, Diarrhoea, Indigestion, Headache, Decreased appetite, Hiccup, Increased liver enzymes.
How to Use	Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aprepep 125mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving	Aprepep 125mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney	Aprepep 125mg Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Aprepep 125mg Capsule is recommended.
Liver	Aprepep 125mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Aprepep 125mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action	Aprepep 125mg Capsule is an antiemetic medication. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during treatment with anti-cancer medicines.
