| Lactation Interaction | Vagi CL Tablet VT should be used with caution during lactation. \nBreast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.If a single dose of Vagi CL Tablet VT is used, it is recommended to hold breastfeeding for 12-24 hours to allow the removal of the drug. |

| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash and dry your vaginal area. Dip the tablet in lukewarm water just to moisten it. Lie on your back and gently insert the tablet into the vagina as high as possible with or without the use of an applicator as mentioned in the label. It is best to use it just before bedtime. |
| Driving | Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Vagi CL Tablet VT may make you feel sleepy, dizzy, confused. You may have hallucinations, fits (convulsions) or temporary eyesight problems (such as blurred or double vision) affecting your ability to drive. |
| Kidney | Vagi CL Tablet VT should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Vagi CL Tablet VT may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |

| Mechanism of action | Vagi CL Tablet VT is a combination of three medicines: Clindamycin, Metronidazole, and Clotrimazole which treat vaginal infections. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Metronidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their protective covering. |
