Tell your doctor if you have gout, low levels of phosphorous or are an elderly patient. Do not combine this medicine with other B vitamin supplements, as it may cause overdose. Exercise caution if you are a diabetic patient, as it may raise blood sugar level. Do not consume alcohol when on treatment with laropiprant, as it may worsen its side effects. Do not drive or use any machinery immediately after taking laropiprant as it may cause dizziness. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. Do not take if allergic to laropiprant or any of its ingredients.
