Alchohol Interaction Taking aceclofenac with alcohol may increase risk of stomach bleeding.
Pregnancy Interaction Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.This will help to avoid stomach upset.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.As Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet may cause vertigo.
Kidney Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advisable while the patient is taking this medicine.
Mechanism of action Termispaz D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Aceclofenac which relieve abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves spasms associated with smooth muscles. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
