Mechanism of action | Synerzen Tablet MR is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve pain. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). |
