How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Sucraone O Suspension is to be taken empty stomach.Take it preferably 15 minutes before food.
Driving Sucraone O Suspension may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Sucraone O Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sucraone O Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver There is limited information available on the use of Sucraone O Suspension in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Sucraone O Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Sucralfate and Oxetacaine / Oxethazaine which relieve symptoms of acid-related diseases of stomach. Sucralfate is an ulcer medication which covers the damaged ulcer tissue in the stomach and protects it against acid or injury to facilitate healing. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic that provides faster relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach.
