| Expert Advice | Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not lie down after taking the medicine. Wait at least 1 hour before taking any other medication or eating or drinking anything. Do not take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant while taking Risedronate+Calcium+Vitamin D3. Inform your doctor if you experience pain in jaw. This problem may be seen after dental work. Your doctor will monitor your response to Risedronate+Calcium+Vitamin D3 by testing your bone mineral density (BMD). This is usually done every 1-3 years. |

| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Strong Kit Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take it in the morning right after getting up from the bed. Do not drink or eat anything atleast for 30 minutes after taking this medicine. |

| Mechanism of action | Strong Kit Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Risedronate, Calcium and Vitamin D3 which treat osteoporosis. Risedronate is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium helps build and maintain bones, while Vitamin D3 helps your body effectively absorb Calcium. Vitamin D3 additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls. |
