| Pregnancy Interaction | Stedmoxt 500 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor. |
| Lactation Interaction | Stedmoxt 500 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. \nBreast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.If a single dose of Stedmoxt 500 mg/500 mg Tablet is used, it is recommended to hold breastfeeding for 12-24 hours to allow the removal of the drug. |

| Mechanism of action | Stedmoxt 500 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amoxicillin and Tinidazole. Tinidazole kills bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively. |
