Common Side Effect Nausea, Vomiting, Respiratory tract infection, Fungal infections in the mouth, Headache, Hoarseness of voice, Sore throat, Cough, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Increased heart rate.
How to Use Check the label for directions before use. Hold the multihaler by the base and open the mouth piece cover. Slide the knob until you a hear a click. Place the mouthpiece between your lips and breath in deeply. Remove the multihaler and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.
Driving It is not known whether Seroflo 50mcg/250mcg Multihaler alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Mechanism of action Seroflo 50mcg/250mcg Multihaler is a combination of two medicines: Salmeterol and Fluticasone. Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Fluticasone is a steroid which stops the release of certain natural substances that cause inflammation (swelling) in the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
