| Expert Advice | Before you take indacaterol, inform your doctor if you have /are being treated for hypertension, thyroid, heart problems, seizures, drugs that reduce potassium levels in blood. Indacaterol capsules are not to be swallowed. Use them with the inhaler as per instructions. Indacaterol is used to control symptoms of COPD. It should not be used to treat sudden COPD attacks. Do not stop using indacaterol even if you feel well, as doing so may worsen your symptoms. Indacaterol capsules should only be used with the inhaler that comes with this medicine. Do not use the inhaler to inhale any other type of medicines. Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. |

| How to Use | Rotacaps must not be swallowed. Check the label for directions before use. Place the capsule at the base of rotahaler, not in the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece completely until your hear a click and breathe in deeply through the mouthpiece. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If some powder remains in the rotahaler repeat the process. |

| Kidney | Onbrez 300mcg Rotacap is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Onbrez 300mcg Rotacap is recommended. |
| Liver | Onbrez 300mcg Rotacap should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Onbrez 300mcg Rotacap may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on the use of Onbrez 300mcg Rotacap in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease. |
