| Driving | Koff GO Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Koff GO Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Koff GO Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.Use of Koff GO Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease. |

| Mechanism of action | Koff GO Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Guaifenesin, Bromhexine, Chlorpheniramine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Ephedrine.tGuaifenesin and Bromhexine help in the removal of mucus (phlegm) from the airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Ephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. |
