Driving Quitcef-SB 1000mg/500mg Injection may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney There is limited information available on the use of Quitcef-SB 1000mg/500mg Injection in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Quitcef-SB 1000mg/500mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Quitcef-SB 1000mg/500mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Dose adjustment of Quitcef-SB 1000mg/500mg Injection is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
Mechanism of action Quitcef-SB 1000mg/500mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Ceftriaxone and Sulbactam. Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Ceftriaxone against bacteria.
