Pregnancy Interaction Nazohist NASAL SPRAY may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Nazohist NASAL SPRAY is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Larger doses or more prolonged use of the nasal spray may cause drowsiness . It may also decrease Milk secretion.
Expert Advice The drug may cause dizziness or drowziness. Be careful while driving or performing activities that require alertness. Do not start or continue the azelastine and consult your doctor:If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to azelastine or any of the other ingredients of azelastine.If you are pregnant or breast feeding.Do not use contact lenses when applying azelastine solution in the eye. Patient should be instructed to use azelastine nasal spray only as prescribed The bottle should be shaken gently before use for about 5 seconds by tilting it upwards and downwards and the protective cap be removed afterwards After using the spray tip wipe the tip and replace the protective cap.

How to Use Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray away from the cartilage diving the two sides of your nose and toward the sides of your nostril. As you spray, breath gently and keep the head upright. Repeat in the other nostril.
Driving It is not known whether Nazohist NASAL SPRAY alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
