It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Pregafirst, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness. Inform your doctor if you experience any eye sight change while taking Pregafirst. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with any heart problems (high blood pressure, heart attack, heart failure, slow or irregular heart rate). Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. Notify your doctor if you have rapid swelling of the lips, tongue, and throat that may affect breathing.

Driving Pregafirst 50mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Pregafirst 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pregafirst 50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Pregafirst 50mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pregafirst 50mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Pregafirst 50mg Tablet is an antiepileptic medication. It decreases pain and seizures by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
