Lactation Interaction Predinsolne Drop is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Expert Advice Take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Dose is decreased or tapered over time. Most side effects occur with high doses and on long-term use. Your risk of getting an infection may become higher. Tell your doctor immediately if you have a fever, flu-like symptoms, cough, painful urination, or a wound that does not heal.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Predinsolne Drop may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Predinsolne Drop may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Predinsolne Drop is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Predinsolne Drop is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease as careful dose selection and regular monitoring of kidney function tests are advised while you are taking this medicine.
Liver Predinsolne Drop should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Predinsolne Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
