Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, or using sharp objects. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor. If you are going to have a surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Prasugrin temporarily.

Liver Prasugrin 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Prasugrin 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on the use of Prasugrin 10mg Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
Mechanism of action Prasugrin 10mg Tablet is an antiplatelet medication. It works by preventing platelets from sticking together which decreases the formation of harmful blood clots. This lowers the chance of heart attack or stroke.
