Lactation Interaction Paranir Drop is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Breastfeeding can be resumed as soon as the mother has recovered sufficiently from general anesthesia to nurse.
Expert Advice • Inform your doctor if you have any disorder of the adrenal glands or liver problems or heart conditions. • You may be constantly monitored during entire anesthetic procedure to observe any signs of low blood pressure, changes in pulse rate, irregular heart beat and ventilation. • Your ventilation will be carefully assessed to ensure adequate oxygenation and carbon dioxide removal. • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. • Patients allergic to etomidate or any of its ingredients should not take it.
Common Side Effect Nausea, Rash, Vomiting, Abnormality of voluntary movements, Apnea (absence of breathing), Hyperventilation, Thrombophlebitis, Stridor, Myoclonus, Decreased blood pressure.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Paranir Drop may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving Paranir Drop may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Kidney Paranir Drop is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Paranir Drop is recommended.
Liver Paranir Drop should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Paranir Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Paranir Drop causes a reversible loss of consciousness allowing surgery without pain and distress.
