| Mechanism of action | Ovanac CC 50mg/600mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Clomiphene / Clomifene and Acetylcysteine which treat female infertility. Clomiphene / Clomifene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It is added to counteract the harmful effect of Clomiphene / Clomifene on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus). |
