Alchohol Interaction Orflaz Kit may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).
Pregnancy Interaction Orflaz Kit is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction No information is available on the use of Orflaz Kit during lactation. Please consult your doctor.

How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use. Orflaz Kit is to be taken with food.
Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Orflaz Kit may cause dizziness or seizures. This may affect your ability to drive.
Kidney Orflaz Kit is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.Caution to be advised in patients with impaired renal function.
Liver Orflaz Kit should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Orflaz Kit may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Orflaz Kit is a combination of two antibiotics (Azithromycin and Ornidazole) and an antifungal (Fluconazole). Azithromycin stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Ornidazole kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Fluconazole works by stopping the growth of fungi in the body. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
