Mechanism of action Nswet Powder is a combination of three medicines: Miconazole Topical, Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Allantoin which treat skin infections. Miconazole Topical is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic and disinfectant which effectively cleans out the affected area of skin to prevent it from getting infected. Allantoin is a skin protectant that moisturizes the skin and relieves minor irritations.
