Alchohol Interaction Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy Interaction Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Common Side Effect Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Weakness, Sleepiness, Increased liver enzymes, Dryness in mouth.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Nicip T 200mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Tizanidine which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
