| Lactation Interaction | Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby. |
| Common Side Effect | Nausea, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Fatigue, Dizziness, Headache, Increased blood uric acid, Decreased potassium level in blood, Glucose intolerance, Altered blood lipids, Shortness of breath, Swelling of hands, Swelling of feet, Paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation), Decreased magnesium level in blood, Increased calcium level in blood. |
| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. |

| Mechanism of action | Nebycare H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Nebivolol and Hydrochlorothiazide. tNebivolol is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which lowers blood pressure by removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. |
