| Common Side Effect | Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Dizziness, Headache, Weakness, Increased potassium level in blood, Decreased blood pressure, Numbness of extremity, Cold extremities. |
| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nebicard-V Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Nebicard-V Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Nebicard-V Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nebicard-V Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended. No dose adjustment is needed in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease. |

| Mechanism of action | Nebicard-V Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Nebivolol and Valsartan. Nebivolol is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure. Valsartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. Together they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. |
