Pregnancy Interaction Nazomac AF Nasal Drops may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Nazomac AF Nasal Drops is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Common Side Effect Diarrhoea, Altered taste, Nose bleed, Fever, Headache, Cough, Rhinitis, Nasal congestion, Upper respiratory tract infection, Pharyngitis.
How to Use Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Tilt your head as far back as possible and hold the dropper close to the nose without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine in the nose. Bend your head forward for a few minutes.
Driving It is not known whether Nazomac AF Nasal Drops alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Mechanism of action Nazomac AF Nasal Drops is a combination of two medicines: Fluticasone and azelastine which relieve sneezing and runny nose due to allergies. Fluticasone is a steroid which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and irritation in the nose. Azelastine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
