Mechanism of action Losweat Dusting Powder is a combination of two medicines: Miconazole and Chlorhexidine Gluconate which treat skin infections. Miconazole is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic and disinfectant which effectively cleans out the affected area of skin to prevent it from getting infected.
