Lactation Interaction Liofen 30mg Capsule XL is safe to use during lactation. \nHuman studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Expert Advice Liofen can increase the effects of other CNS depressants (alcohol, barbiturates) medicine. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Liofen, as it may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.

Driving Liofen 30mg Capsule XL may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Liver Liofen 30mg Capsule XL should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Liofen 30mg Capsule XL may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Liofen 30mg Capsule XL is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm without reduction in strength. This improves pain and movement of muscles.
