Common Side Effect Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Headache, Dizziness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Allergic reaction.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. L-Cin A Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid L-Cin A Tablet with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.
Driving L-Cin A Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney L-Cin A Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of L-Cin A Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver L-Cin A Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of L-Cin A Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action L-Cin A Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levofloxacin and Ambroxol which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Levofloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of ambroxol enhances the antibacterial effect of levofloxacin.
