Common Side Effect Nausea, Diarrhoea, Dryness in mouth, Vomiting, Dizziness, Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping).
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
Driving Ibitrop 12mcg/18mcg Nexcap may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Ibitrop 12mcg/18mcg Nexcap is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Ibitrop 12mcg/18mcg Nexcap may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Mechanism of action Ibitrop 12mcg/18mcg Nexcap is a combination of two medicines: Formoterol and tiotropium. Formoterol is a bronchodilator while tiotropium is an anticholinergic. They work by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
