| Mechanism of action | Healex Plus Spray is a combination of two medicines: Benzocaine and Cetrimide. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain which decreases sensation of pain. Cetrimide is an antiseptic which kills bacteria, fungi and viruses on the skin. |
