| Expert Advice | Do not take fondaparinux, if you are allergic to fondaparinux or any of the other ingredients. Doctor’s advice should be considered in case of patients with following history of disease conditions: high blood pressure, stroke, kidney or liver problems, stomach ulcers, or bleed easily; diabetes; or obesity. Consult your doctor before using fondaparinux, if you are an elderly patient (above 75 years of age). Avoid using fondaparinux, if you are pregnant or breast feeding. |

| How to Use | Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer. |
| Driving | It is not known whether Fondastar 2.5mg Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. |
| Kidney | Fondastar 2.5mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fondastar 2.5mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Fondastar 2.5mg Injection is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. |
| Liver | Fondastar 2.5mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fondastar 2.5mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on use of Fondastar 2.5mg Injection in these patients. |
