Pregnancy Interaction Finobrate 200 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction Finobrate 200 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Expert Advice Medication of choice for lowering triglyceride levels in the blood. Can reduce triglycerides by up to 50%. Regular exercise and low-fat diet further help to lower levels of fat in the blood. Take Finodrate half an hour before meals. Notify your doctor if you are more tired than usual, do not feel hungry, or if you have yellow eyes, skin or dark urine. Do not discontinue Finodrate without consulting your doctor even if you feel better. Avoid alcohol consumption (includes wine, beer, and liquor).
Common Side Effect Increased liver enzymes, Nausea, Vomiting, Flatulence, Abdominal pain, Diarrhoea.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Finobrate 200 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Finobrate 200 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney Finobrate 200 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Finobrate 200 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Finobrate 200 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
