Lactation Interaction Ereva 25mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. \nLimited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Expert Advice Take it when you need it. Do not take more than once a day. It's best to take Ereva about 1 hour before sexual intercourse, but you can take it anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. Ereva helps achieve and maintain an erection, but will not produce the erection without sexual stimulation. Do not use Ereva if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain). Notify your doctor if the erection persists for more than two hours after sexual intercourse. Do not take Ereva if you recently had a stroke, a heart attack or if you have a serious liver disease or very low blood pressure (

Driving Ereva 25mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Kidney Ereva 25mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ereva 25mg Tablet is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A lowering of dose may be considered if it is not well-tolerated.
Liver Ereva 25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ereva 25mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.There is limited information available on the use of Ereva 25mg Tablet in patients with severe liver disease.
Mechanism of action Ereva 25mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.
