|Decreased blood pressure, Sleepiness, Altered taste, Ankle swelling, Headache, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Tiredness, Palpitations, Increased potassium level in blood, Cough, Stomach upset.
|How to Use
|Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Entp-A 5mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
|Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Entp-A 5mg/5mg Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
|Entp-A 5mg/5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Entp-A 5mg/5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function test, and potassium levels is recommended while you are taking this medicine.

|Mechanism of action
|Entp-A 5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and enalapril which lower blood pressure effectively. It works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently.
