| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Endonorm Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Endonorm Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear. |
| Kidney | Endonorm Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Endonorm Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |
| Liver | Endonorm Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Endonorm Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Endonorm Tablet is not recommended in patients who previously had liver disease and the liver function tests are still not normal. |
| Mechanism of action | Endonorm Tablet is a combination of two hormonal medicines: Estradiol and Sildenafil.tEstradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone produced by the ovaries. It works by replacing the natural hormone in the body when the latter is deficient. Sildenafil is a vasodilator which widens the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the uterus. |
