| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Elram Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Elram Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |
| Kidney | Elram Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Elram Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment. |
| Liver | Elram Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Elram Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Elram Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. |
| Mechanism of action | Elram Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ramipril and losartan which lower blood pressure effectively. Ramipril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. |
