How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. DX 24 S Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving DX 24 S Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.Visual disturbances such as blurring of vision may occur during treatment with doxycycline.
Kidney There is limited information available on the use of DX 24 S Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver DX 24 S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of DX 24 S Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action DX 24 S Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Doxycycline and Serratiopeptidase. Doxycycline is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
