| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Durea 500mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. |
| Driving | Durea 500mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. |

| Mechanism of action | Hydroxycarbamide causes inhibition of DNA synthesis during the S-phase of cell division by acting as a ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor resulting to cell death. It is S-phase specific. |
