How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Doc -DR 100mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Driving Doc -DR 100mg/10mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.Visual disturbances such as blurring of vision may occur during treatment with doxycycline.
Kidney There is limited information available on the use of Doc -DR 100mg/10mg Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Doc -DR 100mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Doc -DR 100mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Mechanism of action Doc -DR 100mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Doxycycline and Serratiopeptidase. Doxycycline is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
