| How to Use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash and dry your vaginal area. Dip the tablet in lukewarm water just to moisten it. Lie on your back and gently insert the tablet into the vagina as high as possible with or without the use of an applicator as mentioned in the label. It is best to use it just before bedtime. |

| Mechanism of action | Defung 20mg/100mg/500mg Vaginal Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Clotrimazole, Miconazole and Tinidazole which treat infections. Clotrimazole and Miconazole are antifungal medicines which stop the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Tinidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. |
