Alchohol Interaction Taking Lornoxicam+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy Interaction Coxilor- P Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation Interaction No information is available on the use of Coxilor- P Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Common Side Effect Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion, Stomach pain, Diarrhoea.
How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Coxilor-P Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Driving Coxilor- P Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney Coxilor-P Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Coxilor-P Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver Coxilor- P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Coxilor- P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Coxilor- P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Mechanism of action Coxilor- P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Lornoxicam and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve pain. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
