How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Colip Drop is to be taken with food.
Driving It is not known whether Colip Drop alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney Colip Drop should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Colip Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Mechanism of action Colip Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
