How to Use Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Clopar 10 mg/40 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Driving It is not known whether Clopar 10 mg/40 mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Mechanism of action Clopar 10 mg/40 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and dimethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
