| Mechanism of action | Clomeva NC 50mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Clomiphene / Clomifene, Coenzyme Q10 and Acetylcysteine which treat female infertility.tClomiphene / Clomifene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It is added to counteract the harmful effect of Clomiphene / Clomifene on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus). |
